暑い夏が終わり、やっと涼しい過ごしやすい秋が来ました。今日のクラスは、教室がいっぱいになるほど出席者が多く、すばらしい学びの時を持ちました。礼拝では、�競灰螢鵐�11:16-33より、「パウロの自慢話」というメッセージがありました。この箇所には、「誇る」という語が8回、「愚か」が5回、「弱さ」が3回出てきます。つまり、パウロはここで、自分のことを誇っているのですが、それは愚かなことなので、強さではなく弱さを誇る、と述べています。パウロは、自分がユダヤ人出身であることを誇り、自分が苦労したことを誇るのですが、それは、パウロに反対する人々を黙らせるためでした。どのようなことを何の目的で誇るのかということが大切であることを学びました。
続く午前のクラスでは、最近エホバの証人の研究生になった出席者の方の質問に、中澤先生がお答えになりました。その質問というのは、地上の楽園に入るにはこの世の物資的な繁栄を諦めねばならないのか、新天新地は今の地球とどういう関係にあるのか、輸血拒否は聖書によって教えられているのか、などでした。また、午後のクラスでは、「王国宣教」10月号を通しての最近のエホバの証人たちの様子、統一協会の文鮮明氏の死と葬儀、そして後継者争いなどについて報告がありました。さらに、先日中澤先生が講演された「東日本大震災の講義原稿の資料が配られ、この講演で先生が一番おっしゃりたかったことが何であるかを話してくださいました。その後、来年度のJWTCのクラスをどのようにしたらよいと思うか、出席者一人一人が自分の意見を述べました。先生は、皆さんの声をよく聞き、「２，３週間よく祈って判断します」、とおっしゃってくさいました。個人的には、この働きはとても大切だと感じています。ぜひクラスをずっと続けていただきたいと願っています。
