今日は朝から雨の降る一日でしたが、大勢の方々が出席され、有意義な学びの時をもつことができました。礼拝では、ローマ5:1-11より「キリスト者が受ける恵み」という題で、メッセージがありました。キリスト者は、過去は不敬虔な者であり、神の敵で義と認められるには足りない者でした。しかし今は、義と認められ、神と和解し、神との平和を持つ者となりました。そして未来においては、希望があり、救いを受ける者とされます。このような聖書が説く信仰は、エホバの証人時代に組織から教えられた信仰とは全く違うものです。改めて、聖書はそのまま読めばよいのだということがよくわかりました。いつも聖書を素直に読めばよいのだと教えられ、感謝でいっぱいです。その後は、ＣＤ受講生から出された「霊魂不滅と地獄の教理」に関して、中澤牧師の考えをお聞きすることができました。先生は、二つの問題をどのように考えるにしても、あくまでも聖書に忠実であるようにとお話してくださいました。その後、久しぶりに出席された知識富男先生のお証を伺うことができました。最近、奥様ともども病に倒れられましたが、教会の方々の祈りのサポートを受け、奇跡的に癒されたことをお話してくださいました。神様のみ名をほめたたえるとともに、知識先生のご家族のために心を合わせて祈りの時をもちました。
午後からは、エホバの証人と聖書研究をしているキリスト者の方がしてくださったレポートを読み合い、エホバの証人とどのように会話を進めたらよいのかを、皆で話し合いました。また最後のクラスでは、ものみの塔の集会に奥さんと共に通っているご主人が、信仰や祈りについてどのように考えたらよいのかという質問がありました。中澤牧師は、最近先生が考えておられる被造物管理の神学から、信仰の本質、あるいは祈りの意味について丁寧に説明してくださいました。先生の率直な考え方には、いつも自分自身の歩み方を反省させられます。本当にありがとうございました。
