今日は秋晴れのよいお天気の中、JWTCのクラスが行われました。
礼拝のメッセージは＜テサロニケ人への手紙第一５章１６節〜２２節＞から、「人生を豊かに歩む秘訣」と題して、メッセージが取り次がれました。
聖書を、今を生きる私たちに適用できないとするなら、単なる「古文書」となってしまう。今の私たちに何を語られ、私たちは何を受け取るのか。問題を抱えている人は失望の中にある。しかし、問題をもちながらもその問題に向き合っていけるか、その秘訣を聖書は与えているのです。
�� いつも喜んでいなさい（５：１６）
物事を神様の視点で見るということはとても大切です。喜んでいる人は「力」がみなぎっています。ある人たちは「刹那的」な喜びを求めています。今のこの時が楽しければよい。しかし、そういう喜びは失せたときに、ものすごく虚しくなるものです。聖書に示されている喜びは、人生を歩んでいく中で、生きる意味をしっかり見出すことができ、自分の存在意義を見出すことができるものです。喜んでいる人は脳が活性化し、生き生きとしていると言われます。喜びの対極にあるのは、不平不満や責任転嫁ですが、神にあって喜ぶ人生を送る人は、力がみなぎるのです。

祈ることができるということは、幸いです。誰に向かって祈るのかはとても重要なことです。祈る対象が不明確な人が多いのではないでしょうか。祈ることができるのは、神様との関係が回復した状態です。私に命をくださった、私を活かし、私に人生を与えてくださった方に信頼を置いて、絶えず祈ることが許されていることほど幸いなことはありません。そういう人は人生を豊かに生きることができるのです。

どんな状況にあっても、あらゆることに感謝することができる人は幸いです。今あることを感謝し、先取りして感謝する。喜びの中にある人は感謝できる人であり、それは、良い人間関係を生むものでもあります。人は幸せになりたい、幸せになることを願っています。すべてのことを、神の視点で見るならば、あなたに命を与えられたのは、神であり、神との関係が正しく回復されたとき、人の心は定まるのです。どのような状況にあっても、神にあって感謝のできる人になりたいものです。
午前の後半からは、境界線（ヘンリー・クラウド、ジョン・タウンゼント著）のＰ３８５、第１３章「境界線と神」から学びました。聖書は、「あれをしろ、これはするな」という規則の本ではなく、「関係」について語る生きた本です。神から人への関係、人から神への関係、そして人々の間の関係です。神はその関係を癒し続けてくださる方です。また、私たちには、神との関係において、個人的な境界線があります。神は境界線が尊重されるようにと、この世をデザインされました。神は私たちの境界線を尊重し、私たちも神の境界線を尊重する必要があるのです。神は私たちにしかできない仕事は私たちの手に任せ、また神は私たちの「ノー」を尊重してくださいます。同様に、神はご自分の境界線が尊重されることも期待されます。神が「選択」したり、私たちに「ノー」とおっしゃるとき、それは神の権利であり神の自由です。神の自由を受け入れ、神の境界線を尊重するとき、神との関係は必ず深められます。「関係」こそ福音の神髄であり、「和解」の福音です。境界線は私たちが到達することのできる最高の姿、神の似姿になるのを助けます。
今日の学びは、神様と私たちの関係と境界線について、初めて聞いたとても新鮮で、考えさせられるものでした。神様との関係の中で正しい境界線をもつことは、良い人間を築く、最も根底にある大切な基本であることを学んだように思いました。境界線の学びも終盤に入り、今日は境界線の奥義を学ばせていただいたように思いました。正しい境界線をしっかりと身に着け、神様から与えられた人生を、喜びと感謝に溢れ、歩んでいきたいと思わされました。 白石先生今日も有意義な学びをありがとうございました。
