今週のメッセージ : ２０１６年１１月９日の授業から
今日は、肌寒さを感じる秋晴れの一日でした。今日のクラスには、現役のエホバの証人を始め、脱会された証人たちや教会の方々が沢山出席され、活発な学びのときとなりました。礼拝では、創世記1章26ｰ28節より「人間は被造物を管理する目的で造られた」というメッセージが取り次がれました。神は、創世記の最初から黙示録の最後まで一貫して、人間は「王なる祭司」という立場で神とともに被造物を管理する責任を負わされている、ということでした。その証拠の聖句として、出エジプト記19章5-6節、ペテロへの手紙第一2章9節、黙示録1章5-6節、5章9-10節、22章5節などが挙げられました。しかも、キリストによる人間の贖いとは、エデンの園で失った人間のこの使命を回復することにある、ということでした。さらに新約聖書は、イスラエルと教会は本質的に一つの「神の家族」であるということ、イスラエルもクリスチャンも神の招きに応答することによって救いを受けるというお話に、深く考えさせられました。
午後のクラスでは、元エホバの証人の長老であった石坂さんが、ものみの塔組織の欺きについて話してくださいました。久しぶりで、王国会館で歌う「賛美の歌」を動画から聞いたのですが、証人時代を思い出し、気分が悪くなりました。その後、キリスト教とものみの塔組織の教えとはどのように違うのか、三位一体、聖霊、聖書解釈などの問題について深い議論が展開されました。中澤牧師は、霊の世界の存在をダークマターやダークエネルギーと結びつけて説明されました。大変面白かったのですが、私自身はちょっとついていけないなと感じました。それでも、JWTCのクラスでは、誰もが自分の意見を述べることが出来、いろいろな意見が尊重されることが分かり、安心しました。結局、神学とは自分の信仰を聖書に基づきながら体系化することにあるのであって、皆違ってもよいのだ、という結論には安堵しました。
