今週のメッセージ : ２０１１年４月２７日の授業から
今日の東京はまるで夏が来たかのような暖かい日でした。イースターが終わり、これからゴールデンウィークに入ります。
礼拝では、�競灰螢鵐�7:5-7より、「慰めの神から慰めを受ける」というメッセージがありました。この�競灰螢鵐箸亮蟷罎蓮峩譴靴い箸�には神と人々から慰めを受ける。そしてその慰めが私たちの希望に通じていく」（�競灰螢鵐�1:3-8）ことを教えるために書かれました。実際パウロは、慰めの神から慰めを受けるのですが、それは神から直接というより、同労者テトスの訪問を通してでした。しかもこのテトスは、パウロのことを思い、心配していたコリント教会の信者たちを派遣しました。つまりパウロが受けた神の慰めとは、結局のところ教会共同体の思いやりだったということだったのです。深い感銘を受けました。
また、余談の中でしたが、聖書からある問題を考えるときには、その問題に関係する語句を検索することが重要であること。しかし、聖書は時代の中で実際に起こったことを記した記録なので、神の言葉とはいえ、今の時代の問題に直接的な回答を求めても得られるわけではないことを教えていただきました。例えば、原発を建設することは正しいのか、正しくないのかと問うても、聖書からの直接の回答はありません。それについて幾分かでも関連しそうな聖句を探し出し、様々な角度から問題点を整理し、類推する以外にない、ということでした。従って、この種の問題は、クリスチャンだからと言って同じ考えを持てるわけではないことを確認できました。
引き続いての午前のクラスでは、各地で行われている集会など、さまざまな情報交換が行われました。
午後のクラスでは「王国宣教」4月号が取り上げられました。組織はもう8月の地域大会に参加するよう準備をしていることに驚かされました。
その後、昨年の夏に行われた日本脱カルト協会の研修会においてB姉が発表した「エホバの証人の二世問題」という論文が紹介されました。二世の子どもたちは、一世信者とはまた違うたくさんの問題を抱えていることがよく分かりました。これから二世信者と接するときにはとても役立つものでした。と同時に、二世問題のある事柄はものみの塔に起因しているというより、ごく普通の親子関係においても子供が成長する過程で起こる問題であると指摘されました。自分の子育てにたくさんの反省点を見出すひと時でもありました。
